OPTC StaffThe Ottawa Professional Therapy Centre (OPTC) is a dynamic group of health care professionals practising in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The OPTC was founded in September 1998 and is now co-owned by Elaine Côté, RMT & Stacey Ardiel, RMT since August 2005.

Recently, the OPTC has grown and provides a number of different health services including:

  • Registered Massage Therapy,
  • Registered Nutritional Counselling,
  • Reiki,
  • Hot Stone Massage,
  • Craniosacral Therapy,
  • Integrative Manual Therapy, and
  • Acupunture.

Our continuing goal at the OPTC is to provide the very best care to all of our clients, who include:

  • people with pain or dysfunction arising from soft tissues or bones
  • people with systemic conditions affecting circulation, digestion or general well-being
  • adults, children and infants in need of rehabilitative or preventative treatment
  • people wishing to maintain optimal health and well-being

The health professionals at the OPTC come from diverse backgrounds, have a broad range of experience, and extensive knowledge and training in their respective fields. We are highly regarded in one of the finest communities in Canada, in health education and in business development groups. Together we perform as a powerful team and strive to meet each client's individual needs. Where appropriate and with client consent we can and will collaborate with other health care professionals from outside the clinic to achieve the best results for our clients.

Our Centretown location and free visitor’s parking allows easy access for everyone within Canada’s Capital Region.
