On Tuesday, firefighters fought a house fire in the northwest part of Miami-Dade County, where at least one person was hurt.

There was a house fire in the 2900 block of Northwest 47th Street in Brownsville. The footage revealed a big gaping hole in the back of the house’s roof.

Officials from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue reported that upon arrival, they saw smoke and flames coming from the building.

While putting out the blaze, firefighters located a person inside the residence; they sent them to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, but they haven’t heard anything about the victim’s health yet.
