It’s now definite that Disney Plus will be getting a new live-action Daredevil series. The revelation was initially leaked earlier this year, but Marvel confirmed the series’ existence Thursday evening at Comic-Con. Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio will reprise their roles as Daredevil and the Kingpin in the film, titled Daredevil: Born Again. In the spring of 2024, the program is anticipated to debut on Disney Plus.

Cox and D’Onofrio will play the same characters they did in the original series, which launched as part of a deal with Netflix. Earlier this year, however, all of Netflix’s Marvel programs, including Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, departed the streaming service in order to relocate to Disney Plus. Through a part in Hawkeye from the previous year, D’Onofrio’s Kingpin has already made a debut on Disney’s streaming service.

She-Hulk, the upcoming big MCU series that will air on Disney Plus, recently debuted a new teaser at SDCC.
