Sony Pictures has published the first official teaser trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home, the third Spider-Man film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, after it leaked over the weekend.
I’ll just say up front that you shouldn’t watch this trailer if you consider the core idea of No Way Home to be a spoiler. There are already hints in there that die-hard Spider-Man and Marvel fans may want to reserve for the theater, though I’m not sure how realistic that will be in the run-up to the film’s release.
For the time being, suffice it to state that No Way Home continues immediately from the mid-credits’ scene of the last film, Far From Home, which was released in 2019. Peter Parker is struggling with the aftermath of his identity as Spider-Man being revealed, and there’s a lot going on with that.
On December 17th, Spider-Man: No Way Home will be released.
What The Trailer Tells Us
For fans with a keen eye to detail, many theories have already begun to surface around the trailer. The most notable is the reappearance of several key actors from the other Spiderman movies.
This includes Doc Oc, Green Goblin, and even Electro!
Does this mean we’ll be meeting other Spider Man’s as well? We’ll have to wait until December 17th to find out!
